Partial renovation of a mansion, late 18th century.
Extension of living area from 300m2 to 650m2.
- Conversion of a small drawingroom into a library, with a stone fireplace
- Conversion of the attic into bedrooms with an extra bathroom
- Eight extra dormers in dressed stones
- Creation of an intimate concert hall for 60 guests
- In the concert-hall a made to measure organ is installed
