18th Century Maison - Main Building
Partial renovation of a mansion, late 18th century. Extension of living area from 300m2 to 650m2. Conversision of a small drawingroom into a library, with a stone fireplace. Conversion of the attic into bedrooms for the grandchildren with an extra bathroom. Eight extra dormers in dressed stone. And the creation of an intimate concert hall for 60 guests. In the concert-hall a made to measure organ is installed.
18th Century Maison - Orangery
The conservation of a old workshed into a play room for the grandchildren with summer kitchen. This involved a new roof, new windows and french windows to give the apperance of an orangery.

A large conservatory, with living rooom, a sleeping area and bathroom, on the site of some demolished sheds.

A big two story high library was the result of a barn conversion (120m2) of the former farm. Parquet floor oak, bâton romp. Roman windows with stainted glass (in preparation).

Renovation of a 19th C farmhouse (160m2). New openings in facades for windows and french doors, big break between two living areas. Balcony, handmade kitchen, bathroom, stairs, mezzanine and period fireplace with chimney. New plumbing and wiring.
Creation of luxurious Bed & Breakfast accommodation in a 16th C farmhouse (400m2) with two bedrooms en suite and groundfloor gîte accessible for wheelchair-users and a professional kitchen.
